How do I pay for my order?
There are many options to paying for your order. After confirming your order, you will be sent an online invoice through Paypal. We use Paypal for all credit card purchases. To use Paypal, you do not have to be a member of Paypal. Paypal is one of the largest and most secure payment service companies in the world. It is an Ebay company. If you'd rather not pay with credit card, we also accept personal checks and money orders.

KoolKipah.com is located in New Jersey and all the bulk kippot are manufactured in New York City. The embroidered kippot are made in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Yes, all of the KoolKipah.com satin kippot are lined in white cotton, 6-panels and come with or without a button.
Is imprinting free?
Yes, imprinting is FREE on all bulk kippot orders 5 dozen or more. Under 5 dozen there is a charge of $20.00 for imprinting. Imprinting can be done in gold or silver, and it can be done in English and Hebrew lettering.
Are there discounts when ordering multiple items?
Yes, we offer large discount for ordering bulk kippot along with other Judaica, such as tallit, Torah pointers, embroidered kippot or wedding ceremony Judaica. Call or email KoolKipah to receive the best discounted prices.
Is there sales tax on items and shipping?
KoolKipah.com is required by law to collect and pay sales tax if the merchandise is shipped within the state of New Jersey.

Yes, but they do require special shipping instructions and shipping cost vary by shipping method and destination.
How long does it take to receive the bulk kippot I ordered?
Most bulk orders will be received in as little as 3 days or up to 5 weeks, depending on your location and the date of your celebration. However, 90% of orders are recieved within 3 weeks after payment is made. KoolKipah.com does offer rush manufacturing and overnight shipping if needed. If kippot are needed overnight or in a few days, simply call or email us.
How much is shipping?
For bulk kippot orders of 5 dozen or more suede kippot or leather kippot, shipping is FREE within the USA. For bulk orders of satin or moire, the usual charge for shipping is $13.00, which is the flat ground shipping rate for UPS.
